1. The vertical locking unit adopts a three cylinder linkage direct pressure locking design, which enables more sufficient and evenly distributed locking force, higher mold protection accuracy, and is suitable for plastic product molding with embedded parts and multi-purpose injection molding processes. The dual station (or three station) disc design can improve production efficiency by 30% -50%.
